Grief, Loss, Ageing & Death – Sharing Circle in Luz

We are so conditioned to try to be positive all the time, attempting to push away the stark realities of life because they are uncomfortable, frightening and confronting. But whatever we repress, always will find ways to resurface one way or another. Facing grief, loss, ageing and death is not easy or comfortable, but they are realities that we all, at some point, will have no choice but to face. We all age, fall apart, and die. There is no escape.

We have the choice to face these realities with the courage of the heart. This is the doorway to Awakening. Feeling it all and offering our hearts for even more. Acknowledging the truth of how it is, we are awake and present to our feelings. This is not depressing or negative. It is simply the reality.

In this sharing circle we will start with a short meditation, before we open up the circle for sharing. Unmani holds the space in a safe way so that everyone who feels to share is able to. This is a space to share your heart in whatever feels right for you. We will end with another meditation and grounding.

We will also have tea and biscuits… (which always makes everything feel better…)
