For Non-Residential Intensives and Intensives more than 3-days in duration

Your place on a residential intensive / an intensive that is more than 3 days in duration will be confirmed when the deposit, at 30% of the total cost, is paid in full. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Full payment must be made at least two weeks prior to its starting date.

If you cancel your enrollment in a residential intensive / an intensive that is more than 3 days in duration, up to two weeks prior to its start date, you will receive a refund of your full fee minus the 30% nonrefundable, non transferrable deposit. If you cancel your enrollment 7-14 days prior to the start date of a residential Intensive, you will be charged 60% of the total cost of the Intensive and the balance of your fee refunded. If you cancel your enrollment 7 days or less prior to the start date, you will not receive any refund. In some special cases, it may be possible to transfer your payment to another intensive. For Non-Residential Intensives and Intensives less than 3-days in duration

For non-residential intensives / intensives that are 3 days or less in duration, there is no option to pay a deposit. Your place will be confirmed when the full payment is made. If you cancel your enrollment up to 2 days prior to the start date, you will receive a refund of your full fee. If you cancel your enrollment 2 days or less prior to the start date of an intensive, you will receive a refund minus an admin fee of £20.

For a set of private sessions

Your set of sessions will be confirmed when full payment is made. You may cancel your set of session 24 hours prior to the first session and receive a refund minus a £20 admin fee. Once the set of sessions has started, if you wish to cancel, you will not receive any refund. Sessions may be rescheduled if you are not able to make the initially agreed time. 24 hours notice must be given for rescheduling, or the full fee for that session applies.

Please make sure you double check your booking and have booked in the right timezone. Failure to attend a meeting because of booking in the wrong timezone is your responsibility and unfortunately refunds can not be issued.

Paypal Fees

If making payment via Paypal, please note that paypal fees are payable by you. They currently run at 3.9%.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Unmani has to cancel an intensive, you will be notified immediately and issued with a full refund. Sorry, we are not in a position to offer any refunds on travel costs incurred.
